Hello, I am Katie Belcher-Miller, LMHC, QS, CAS, the owner of Anchored in Hope Counseling Services LLC. I specialize in helping people with issues related to Neurodivergence (such as Autism/ADHD), Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, Self-Harm, Suicidality, Adjustment Concerns, Anger Management, and Emotional Regulation.
I am virtual only at this time with plans on expanding to offering in-person services on a limited basis in the near future in Lakeland, FL! I accept self-pay for all services and and most insurances, including Aetna, Cigna, United, BCBS, Anthem, Oxford, Aetna EAP, Cigna EAP, Baycare EAP, and More for individual therapy services! If facing financial hardship, still contact me as I may have a reduced fee spot available!

Hello, I'm Katie. Belcher-Miller (#MH14578). I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience in the mental health field! I offer virtual counseling services to the entire state of Florida. I have provided services to a wide variety of clientele and work a lot with generalized anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD and Autism. I work with both children (ages 7+) and adults.
